Prints on Baryta Fine Art Paper do not come framed. Canvas and Metal prints are framed and/or ready to hang included.

Yes, we can provide a small sample of material, mailed to you free of charge. Limit one sample per customer, additional samples may be ordered for the cost of shipping & handling.

Orders are processed and printed within (5) business days before being shipped. You can expect to receive your order within (10) business days. If you haven't received your order by that time, please reach out to us at info@captive8studio.com

In most cases, we can expedite for a fee. Please send us an email at info@captive8studio.com after placing your order and be sure to reference the order number you'd like to expedite.

Limited edition prints are numbered and signed by the photographer to ensure authenticity. Other category prints do not get numbered or signed.

If you aren't satisfied with your order, we want to make it right. While we are unable to take returns, we will offer an exchange of another art print with the same material and sizing. If a product arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement. Please email us at info@captive8studio.com and be sure to reference your order number to start a case.

No, we do not provide digital files and all work is copyrighted by Captive8 Studio and the artist.
